Before becoming a designer, I worked in human resources, where I cultivated positive environments at the workplace. I have always had an instinct for understanding humans and what they want. However, I realized I wanted to transition to a career with more creativity and create experiences through products. I transitioned to the field of UX to solve problems in innovative ways.
As a designer, I strive to empathize with users and understand their needs to create a product that benefits others. Through learning the users’ needs we can improve designs to help people and businesses. With research insights, I design to create efficient and satisfactory products. I am always coming up with new ways to help users accomplish their goals.
UX is the perfect blend of my passions for understanding users and creative problem solving. I am excited to grow in the field of UX and further develop my skillsets.
